PLAYER PATHWAY
Rebel Óg North has become a strong and fast-growing region, competing successfully from youth to adult level in gaelic sport. To keep improving and performing at the top in Cork GAA, this Player Pathway outlines how you can support every player in the region aim strive and thrive.
A Player Pathway guides coaches, managers, mentors, teachers and parents in developing young players from nursery to 18+ in Sport. It offers clear phases, key skills, and player characteristics with a current focus for football, hurling, and camogie—helping every child reach their full potential.

PLAYER PATHWAY DEVELOPMENT PHASES
For Duhallow we look to the GAA (Gaelic Athletic Association), which outlines a 6-phase Player Development Pathway to guide players from their first introduction to Gaelic games all the way through to becoming mentors or leaders in the sport. We have created a clear breakdown for each phase.
