"Fail to Plan, Plan to Fail"

Effective GAA training sessions begin with good preparation and organisation.
Coaches should give plenty of notice for training sessions and arrive prepared with activities planned and equipment set up before players arrive.
Sessions should start promptly, keep players active with minimal downtime, and maintain constant movement throughout.
Well-structured, engaging sessions help maximise enjoyment, improve learning, and support player development at every stage.
